All the workshops planned for Researchers’ Night explore different aspects of energy: electricity and energy sources, the energy we get from food and use to prepare it, and the energy involved in physical activity.

Electricity can come from a battery – but also from a lemon or even a potato! In Vändra, a circuit has even become the power source for a board game, which visitors can play together with its creators. With expert guidance, you can build your own electrical circuit and create different models.

We’ll also explore the energy we get from healthy food, with visitors helping to prepare the Researchers’ Night table. And to top it all off, plenty of energetic activities will get everyone moving and put their stamina to the test.

Ühe töötoa kestus on 40 minutit ehk üks koolitund, töötuba algab ohutuse minutitega ja lõpeb korrastamisminutitega.

Valikus on:

Each workshop lasts 40 minutes – the length of one school lesson. Every session begins with a short safety briefing and ends with a few minutes to tidy up.

• Burn Off Some Energy! – a lively mix of jumping, running, moving and games prepared especially for Researchers’ Night.
